UNIFORMS: Officer are members of the Canadian Forces and have different uniforms and dress standards from Cadets.

The current version of the Canadian Forces Dress Instructions document is available online on the canada.ca website. (December 2015 edition), provides direction for all Air Force members on the wearing of Flying Clothing, Canadian Pattern (CADPAT) light weight combat clothing (LWCC) and other non-DEU kit uniform items.

The RCAF Operational Dress Instructions (July 2016 edition), also known as the CF-265 or DH-265 is a thorough description of the standards of dress for CF Members. Please note: This file is 10 MB - it will take time to download.

CF 98 - Report on Injuries for Military Member is used to record and report on injuries to military members.

CF 574 - Enrolment or Transfer Form is used to request an enrolment or a transfer for military members.

CF 723 - Nominal Roll (blank) is used to record attendance at activities other than regular training evenings.

CF 742 - Personal Emergency Notification (PEN) is used to provide DND with emergency contact info for CF mbrs.

DND 638 - Temp Loan Card is used to record the loan of equipment.

DND 2105 - Designation of Memorial Cross Recipients form is required to be completed by all CF Members.

DND 2299 - Report on Injuries for Cadet or Civilian Instructor is used to record and report on injuries to civilians.

DND 2587 - Next of Kin (NOK) Identification is used to provide DND with next of kin info for CF mbrs.

TBS 006491 - Public Service Health Care Plan is the application for CF Members to join the PSHCP.
